About Proud River Leadership Academy
Proud River Leadership Academy is a 10-month program designed to grow leadership skills, expand regional knowledge, and strengthen professional networks across Umatilla and Morrow counties. Facilitated by community leader Josh Burns, the academy meets monthly and includes classroom learning, field visits, and expert insights. Open to current and emerging leaders, the program fosters connection, communication, and impact.
